Here you can find practical information about the event and how to get to our facilities, whether you are arriving by car, train, flight or tram.

Location: Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark, Forskerparken 10 G, 5230 Odense M, Denmark.

The event will gather 150 selected physical participants in Odense, Denmark, and will also allow everyone interested to participate online.

The easiest way to Odense

If you arrive by car

We have free parking, electric charging options and plenty of parking spots at our premises at Forskerparken 10 G, 5230 Odense, Denmark.

If you arrive by plane to Copenhagen Airport (CPH Airport)

Walk to terminal 3. Trains run directly from CPH Airport, train track 2 to Odense Railway Station, or via changing train at Copenhagen Central Station.

Train tickets can be bought at the red ticket stands in Terminal 3 next to the escalators down to Track 2 for around 45€.

If you arrive by plane to Billund Airport (BLL Airport)

Walk to the connected bus terminal and take the bus to Vejle Railway Station. From Vejle, trains run directly to Odense Railway Station.

Bus tickets can be bought at the arrival terminal for around 8€ and train tickets can be bought at the red ticket stands near the tracks, or in the 7-Eleven store at Vejle Railway Station for around 20€.

If you arrive by train at Copenhagen Central Station

Find a connecting train to Odense Railway Station. Several trains run directly from Copenhagen Railway Station to Odense Railway Station every hour.

Train tickets can be bought at the red ticket stands at the centre of the station, at the DSB counter or at 7-Eleven stores at the station for around 45€.

Upon arrival in Odense

Once you’re in Odense, you can hop on the tram throughout the city centre, going in the direction of “Hjallese” and hop off at “Campus Odense”. From here, you can enjoy a 15-minute walk to the venue at Forskerparken 10 G.

Tram tickets can be purchased via a QR code at all tram stations. A single ride costs around 3€.

Taxis can also be booked via either Taxa Syd (+45 66 15 44 15), Dan Taxi (+45 48 48 48 48), or Odense Mini Taxi (+45 66 12 27 12) for around 20-30€ from the city centre.
